We’re excited to be part of Newport Fringe this March, welcoming a fantastic range of performers to The Cab as part of the city-wide celebration of independent theatre and the arts.
Alongside the brilliant programme happening here, there will be shows, performances and creative events taking place across venues throughout Newport, showcasing the incredible talent and diversity of the local arts scene.
Come along, explore the festival, and support independent theatre, artists and grassroots creativity right here in the city.
We are fortunate to be a Warm Hub again this Winter. Come in out of the cold and have a hot drink, biscuits and snacks, soup or noodles – there might even be cake! Sit and watch the world go by, chat, or read a book. Creative activities also on offer – arts and crafts, creative writing, and feel free to chat to the staff and volunteers.
The Cab Community theatre group is so looking forward to this year’s Newport Fringe, organised by our good friends at Tin Shed Theatre Company. This time, we’re taking a look at life in the middle – juggling the pressures of parents, kids, grand-kids and work. Dark, funny, brutally honest – guaranteed to make you laugh, wince and possibly cry.
