We are delighted to have received funding from Community Foundation Wales to help support the role of our Wellbeing Officer, whose work is at the heart of so much of what we do.

Our Wellbeing Officer works alongside participants across our projects, offering a listening ear, encouragement and practical support through creative activities that promote confidence, connection and positive mental wellbeing. They also liaise with local organisations and services, helping to signpost participants to additional support whenever it is needed.

At Reality Theatre, we know that creativity can be a powerful tool for improving wellbeing, but we also recognise that sometimes people need a little extra help. This funding will ensure we can continue providing a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel heard, valued and connected to the wider support available within our community.
